    She is a yoga instructor and the wife of Alec Baldwin, although it is funny how she describes their first meeting and how she did not really know who he was since she is not really into watching movies. Her book should be required reading for everyone interested in proper dieting and nutrition. While this concept can be difficult to understand, Fitzgerald describes it in a way that will speak to beginners and elite runners alike.
